By creating an account, accessing, or using StreakSave (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use StreakSave, or have parental/guardian consent if you are between 13-18 years old.
• If you are using StreakSave on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to these terms or any future updates, you must stop using StreakSave immediately.

StreakSave is a personal finance and savings tracking application designed to help users build better money habits through goal setting, budgeting, and streak-based gamification.

Important Disclaimers:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or the entire Service at any time with or without notice.
• StreakSave is a tracking tool only and does not hold, transfer, or manage actual funds.
• We are not a bank, financial institution, or investment advisor.

To access certain features of StreakSave, you must create an account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@streaksave.app.
• One Account Per Person: You may only create and maintain one account per person.
• Account Liability: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Your data belongs to you. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information.

StreakSave offers both Free and Premium subscription tiers. The Premium subscription provides additional features and benefits.

Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

We may offer free trials of Premium features from time to time. The following terms apply to free trials:

• Trial length and terms will be specified at the time of sign-up
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• You must provide valid payment information to start a free trial
• Only one free trial per user (no creating multiple accounts for trials)
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time
• Free trial eligibility may be restricted based on prior subscription history

All intellectual property rights in StreakSave, including but not limited to the software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to StreakSave.

• Our Ownership: StreakSave owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, design, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics.
• Your Data: You retain all rights to your personal data and content you submit to the Service.
• License Grant: By using StreakSave, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.
• Trademark: "StreakSave" and our logos are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

• No Guarantee of Service: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific savings results, outcomes, or benefits from using the Service.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any third-party services or links accessed through StreakSave.
• Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk and discretion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to StreakSave in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreakSave, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you submit or actions you take through the Service
• Any false or misleading information you provide

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow arbitration agreements or class action waivers, so these provisions may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email for material changes (to the email on your account)

• Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• Electronic Communications: You consent to receive electronic communications from us, which may include emails, notices posted on the Service, or other electronic messages.
